We had been experiencing an awful grinding noise coming from the evaporative motor unit, keeping us up at night and disrupting our days. Chris figured out a simple fix quickly.

I needed our dishwasher fixed. Made a strange noise when starting and draining that I recorded. The test revealed nothing. Running the machine on regular cycle reproduced the noise in 2 minutes. Drain pump and blower needed replacing. They answer all my questions, let me know when to call to f/u on part delivery estimates, got me scheduled quickly for installation. My technician had an emergency and they had the manager do the installation. There have been no surprises. I so appreciate the open communication. Very grateful for their service and business.
